1. Eat at least two on plan meals - ❌ actually none of my meals were 100% on plan.
2. Drink 72 oz of water ✅ by the skin of my teeth! 😉
3. Exercise at least 10 minutes ✅ I actually exercised for 20 minutes. Logged over 9K steps and right at 4 miles for the day.
