Three things...

1) I forgot to post my weight loss for the week.  I lost .2!  Go me!  I'll take it... its better than a .2 gain!

2) I walked today... another 10 minutes down.  It's so fun walking with my two year old son.  He sometimes lags behind, but I just use it as a opportunity to walk backwards!  He doesn't like it and tells me "you turn around?" until I finally do.  ☺

3) Because I'm not a genius, I can't count.  Day 1 = Monday, Day 2 = Tuesday, Day 3 = Wednesday... the day of rest in the Walk-It Challenge.  I said I was starting the challenge on Sunday but I was dead wrong.  I did walk on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday... but the official starting day of the Walk-It Challenge: Monday, April 4th.

Bonus: today a co-worker fell seriously ill due to an asthma attack.  She's hospitalized in ICU and can't breathe on her own.  I realized this: I'll take my weight loss struggles over fighting for life any day.

Amy: Find a track to walk on. Let the kids take their bikes. win/win :)
I walk on a track. I would hate walking around town....

HEY COUSINS!!!!
Hope all is well. I don't remember how I found this blog... I think my mom sent me the link. Anyway, I am losing weight too. Maybe you could try Herbalife. It's AMAZING!!!!!! All natural products for health/nutrition, and you can use them for weight-loss too. It's so healthy and makes me feel GREAT!!!
My friend just had a baby and she started Herbalife last week. It's great nutrition, even for the baby through breastfeeding. She couldn't believe how much better she felt after just the first day. She even looks amazing! It helps skin, muscles, etc. And gives you energy, which I love!
I haven't been walking, for lack of time, and not following the "diet" hard core, but I'm still losing 2 - 4 pounds a week. It's very encouraging! I've been doing it for 8 weeks now and already lost 23 pounds, wahoo!!! Of course, that's the best part :)
Walking is wonderful! Makes you feel really good too. I try to walk, but usually don't make the time. Now that the days are longer, it'll be easier. And since we have a dog now, she loves walking too :)
HAPPY DAY GIRLS!!!! Great to "see" y'all :)
