2/8/11 Challenge

This week's challenge from my Weight Watcher's group is:

Create a list of 10 things to do INSTEAD of eating
  1. Play with my son
  2. Watch re-runs or online episodes of The Biggest Looser
  3. Clean the house, do laundry, mop floors, or some other neccessity-but-no-fun chore
  4. Write a letter/email/blog
  5. Call a family member to say "I love you."
  6. Read a book, crochet, quilt, scrap book, sew (what ever hobby suits your taste)
  7. Watch a movie
  8. Take a nice hot bath
  9. Go for a walk
  10. Look through an old family album for some good hearty laughs
So what's on your list of things to do instead of mindless aka FLAB eating?
